Training Retention Strategy:

Once a candidate is placed in a new position most job placement support services stop. To help ensure a successful placement our Placement Team will help the employee to sustain employment by the following measures:

  • Counseling to face tough workplace situation and get settled down in new environment.
  • Organizing any required special training for the candidate.
  • Keeping in touch with the employer, to monitor how the candidate is adapting to their new role.
  • Keeping in touch with the candidate to counsel them individually through any difficulties they are facing in the role by tele- calling or through social networking sites.
  • Evaluation of the performance will be done thrice a week & the required follow up activity will be taken up.
  • Periodic reviews are conducted during the following time frames:
    • Fortnight Survey - After completion of Fifteen (15) days.
    • Quarterly Survey - After completion of each quarter for the first year.

Post Placement Strategies

The students are the most important stakeholders of the training programs. Therefore even after the completion of the training Bhawani Marketing Private Limited ensures to keep track of the status of the trainees. The minimum duration of the placement tracking is 3 months.

Bhawani Marketing Private Limited makes sure that the placed trainees are satisfied with their work environment. And in order to keep a detailed track of the trainees, Bhawani Marketing Private Limited follows a certain set of parameters:

  • COLLECTION OF PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEOS: Bhawani Marketing Private Limited collects photographs and videos of the placed trainee’s working environment from the HR manager of the respective employers.
  • PROOF OF EMPLOYMENT: The salary slip of the trainees for proof of their employment status is also collected.
  • TELE-CALLING: The Placement Committee of the Bhawani Marketing Private Limited makes frequent contact to the trainees in a weekly basis by telephonic conversation.
  • EMAIL: A Google group is created by Bhawani Marketing Private Limited where each and every trainees email id is registered. The placement committee of the organization ensures to keep in touch by sending frequent emails to the trainers.
  • WHATSAPP: Whatsapp Group is also created which provides a platform for the trainees to share their experiences as well as their problem. The placement committee keeps in track of these messages and tries to solve the issues of the trainees.
  • FEEDBACK FROM THE EMPLOYER: Moreover the employers also provide necessary feedback about the performance of the trainees and incase of any major drawbacks the organization takes note of it for future reference.

And lastly, in account for each of the trainees a report on placement tracking is made in order to keep a detailed record of each of the trainee and also to maintain a training record.
