BMPL was incorporated on the 12th day of August, 1998. It is classified as a Non-Government company registered under the Companies Act, 1956 and with the Registrar of Companies, Shillong. It has its registered office at Arpan House, Shantiram Das road, Rehabari, Guwahati-781008.The Company's Corporate Identification Number (CIN) is U51507AS1998PTC005498 and Registration ID is 5498. It imparts a set of Skill Development Activities through its structured plan and aims at Developing Skills for Tomorrow. The operation includes the various Skill Development Projects, Professional and Vocational Education Activities, Professional and Corporate Training, Consulting, Research & Development and other Learning Solutions. The Company started up its business in the IT, ITES, Consulting, Government Contract, manufacturing & real estate sector. It subsequently started expanding into the vocational & skill development training sector. The company's expansion into the education sector was primarily a part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity . The company has taken a new direction in CSR primarily focusing on Skill development and employment generation through vocational education & training to the unemployed, under- privileged youths and workforce of Assam and other States.
