Our process flow

  • Candidates will be mobilized for counselling and for creating awareness in rural areas
  • For mobilization and awareness creation about courses, local Panchayat, Road Show, Youth Organizations, NGOs, social media, Asha karmi/activities etc. will be contacted and counselling camp will be organized. Support of Aide-et-Action, the Awareness and Mobilization Consultant will be taken.
  • During counselling, the job roles and job prospects of the courses will clearly be conveyed to the prospective candidates and their parents.
  • A customized mobilization agenda will be formulated in consultation with the authorities concerned.
  • An aptitude test will be conducted in each of the counselling camps of all the interested participants. Based on the result of this test, the candidates will be shortlisted for selection.
  • Details about the family and their lifestyle of each of the candidates will be taken into consideration for selection into a particular course. Field verification (visit to the residence of the short listed candidates) will be conducted so that right candidates can be selected.
  • Report of Mobilization will include photographs, video coverage of the entire process list of local resources, list of participants with aptitude test results and field verification report of each candidate and the list of shortlisted candidates.
  • Candidates will be selected from the shortlisted candidates during mobilization.
  • Next the eligibility criteria of each candidate will be scrutinized for the opted course.
  • Only the needy candidates will be selected in order to minimize drop out from course and attrition from job. This can be assessed by considering factors like household income of the candidate to be selected. Thus, the field verification report for each of the candidate will be checked for final selection.
  • Physical fitness will also be a requirement for certain courses.
  • Current household income of the selected candidates will be recorded.
  • The selected candidates will be enrolled in a respective batch.
  • Orientation program will be conducted conveying information about the project, course, class schedule, trainer’s information, class rooms, rules and regulation of the training Centre etc.
  • Uniforms and study materials will be provided to each of the students.
  • Along with the domain skill and Soft skills, Language and computer skills will also be provided for each of the batches.
  • Industrial visit will be conducted once in the first month to give an industrial exposure to the trainee.
  • f) Lodging facility is also be provided by the organisation.
  • Certification will be provided by Bhawani Marketing Private Limited.
  • Each trainee will be assessed by the third party engaged by respective Sector Skill Council.
  • Successful trainees will be certified from the respective Sector Skill Council.
  • From the last month of the training, the trainees will be engaged in industry itself for OJT.
  • During the OJT period, the placement team will arrange interviews, video conferencing, webinar, tele conferencing, technology seminar, contests, etc.
  • This process will continue – until each candidate gets selected and receives offer letters from employers.
  • Offer letters from the employer will be provided to each of the candidate.
  • Joining the candidate in their respective job will be facilitated.
  • If a candidate leaves the job of current employer due to some valid reason and within the first 3 months, another job in different employer will be provided at the earliest possible.
  • For placement of candidate outside the state where is training is conducted, written consent from parents/guardian will be taken.
  • Minimum Rs. 8,000/- within the state and Rs. 10,000/- outside state for each of the successfully placed candidates will be assured.
  • Offer letters from the employer will be provided to each of the candidate.
  • Joining the candidate in their respective job will be facilitated.
  • If a candidate leaves the job of current employer due to some valid reason and within the first 3 months, another job in different employer will be provided at the earliest possible.

  • Placement team will keep track of the status of placed candidates up to a period of 3 months from the date of joining.
  • Each candidate will be facilitated by providing a contact number of the placement team for informing their problems.
  • Photographs and videos of the candidate in the work environment will be collected through the HR manager of the employer.
  • Salary slips/Bank account statement of the candidate will also be collected.
  • Feedback about the candidate will also be taken from the employers end.
  • Daily attendance of each of the students will be recorded and uploaded to the online portal that can be traced by any stakeholder of the project through appropriate login.
  • Performance of each student will be evaluated through continuous evaluation by conducting class test, viva, workshop, presentation etc.
  • Every activity of the project execution will recorded through photographs, video and data & information (both online and offline)
